The Eco Tower is centered around a passive cooling system, inspired by termites. The sun heats panels on the outside driving airflow up through large pipes, upon which the heated air is hit with water and cooled, spilling down through the central atrium, after which it exits to the wings of the building. The model of the building shows only half of the structure, to better illustrate the interior as well as the cooling system. Observe the cooling system and bulding in the plans and model below.
